“First time visiting this local gem, and I loved the old-school vibe—especially on a sunny day! One glance and you can see the whole place, which adds to its simple, classic charm.

The Montreal sandwich and poutine were excellent, and they went perfectly with a real banana shake—awesome stuff!

Just go check it out. Keep in mind there’s no public washroom, and it’s a very simple place, but that’s part of what makes it unique.“

“Unbelievable food. I had the braised lamb and my wife had the cod and prawns - both were specials that night. Both were off the charts good. The staff we interacted with (owner?) was super friendly, funny, and laid back. It was such a great meal! The restaurant is small and doesn't feel like a fancy place, even though the food definitely is. Do not skip this place!“

“Every time I walk my dog past this beautiful spot, my dog always seems to stop for a moment, giving me a chance to admire all the flowers and the care that goes into maintaining them.

Many people enjoy the beauty, but may not realize how much time, money, and hard physical work it takes to create and maintain such a lovely display. Even though the flowers only last for a short season, they bring so much joy to so many people.
