“What a wonderful experience! This charming cafe has incredible food and service. The owners are genuinely lovely people who work hard to care for their customers. It’s clear that Windsor Cafe has a very dedicated following of regulars because I saw so many customers being called by name and addressed with warmth and kindness. The cafe is in a charming old Victorian home near the water which makes it a great stop for tourists and locals. As a chef myself, I was very impressed with the fresh food and coffee. The staff are so friendly and efficient and clearly care about their level of service. I will be back! This is my favourite cafe in Victoria, hands down!!“

“Stopped in for lunch. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Ordered the Escargots de Bourgogne, La Salade Niçoise, Croque-Monsieur all of which were very tasty. Service was friendly and professional 🍷“

“It's our last day in Victoria and we want a nice brunch prior to catching the ferry home. We found Joie online and thought would give it a try. Attentive service. Great foods and drink. We were glad we found Joie. And will most definitely come back again when ever we are in town.“
