Great food. Small place - try to get reservations. Love their roti but once when we ordered it for take out because we couldn’t eat in, it was hard and dried out. It was disappointing because it’s so pricey but we didn’t complain or bring it back. Most of the time it’s great. Love their Rendeng Beef but haven’t been disappointed by anything we’ve tried.
This place has pretty good Curry Laksa with Coconut Milk. Its truly Msian style & very flavourful! However, their Gado Gado is a little bland & their Mee Hon Vermicelli are just okay. Would recommend for the good Curry Mee, however beware of the lady waitress, she is not friendly at all, kind of rude. She claimed to be a part owner, but her attitude & tone of voice didn't make us feel welcome at all.

A great place to satisfy the Malaysian food craving! We have been going to Tamarind for years, and it never disappoints! I tend to gravitate to getting the same dishes.... Char kuey teow and hainanese chicken rice. They're simply the best! I would say both dishes are quite simple, but there's something about them that I can't explain. The dishes just feels like comfort food in a totally different way than your typical comfort foods. They need to open a location in Langley!
