Erin is a delight to work with and the baking that we bring in from Mayflower is a wonderful complement to our own in-house baked goods. Many of our customers say the date squares are ''the best they have ever had'', and the plant-based sausage rolls and Ukee bars are a hit with vegans and non-vegans.
