“My husband & I recently enjoyed a beautiful evening celebrating our anniversary as a party of six. We were greeted with a warm welcoming reception and treated like family and seated outside in an elegant garden terrace overlooking the ocean, with beautiful flowers, formal table settings, romantic lighting, soft music & perfect ambiance.

The service was excellent, Ben took such good care of us and was very engaging. What makes this more of an experience than just fine dining is that there is no rush, unlike other “fine dining” restaurants that have multiple seatings. The table is ours for the entire evening, which seems to end far too soon.

We absolutely love the French cuisine with an extensive menu for every palate, as well as a never ending wine list. There are selected five course dinners to choose from if unsure of what to order that Chef Pierre has put together as a well as featured selections. Since we have been visiting the Chalet for many years we’ve tried just about everything, so sometimes customize our own five course meal. I always start with the lobster bisque, highly recommend! Since we were celebrating our anniversary Ben brought us a beautiful selection of complementary chocolate truffles. We have been clients of the DCC for many years & always look forward to our next visit as it never grows old.
