This place has such mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant to try, but ordered some combination dinners as well as the deep fried tofu with salt (hot) and were happy with what we got! Some of the best tofu, the vegetarian version of salt and pepper squid. Haven’t dined in, only did take out. Good portion for what we ordered.
Went to Ming’s garden for lunch not expecting much but this place blew my socks off. It’s not often that every dish you order at a restaurant comes out perfect and delicious but Ming’s garden did it. I’m a vegetarian and I had plenty of options. We got a mini portion of hoisin deep fried Ouf thinking it would be a small, dry starter. Nope, it was a full scale entree with lots of sauce. Ming's is great. In a time where prices for food is sky high Ming's will give you a meal for $50 that all others want $70+. Consistent quality. Good picks are the wonton soup, deep fried prawns, and beef and broccoli (which conveniently happen to be in a set meal). Hope they stay in business forever.
