Bad service. Everyone looks half asleep, they'll stand behind the till waiting, not letting you know if they are ready. Very slow delivery on a simple coffee, almost impossible to get a washroom key....service quality is dropping faster than I'm waiting for my order
The traditional hamburger drive-in. The food is consistently great and always the same from year to year. Of course, there is the world famous root beer; a must-have on every visit.The only negative on my last visit were the onion rings. They were undercooked and the coating was mushy and greasy. I didn't complain as they were very busy and everyone is entitled to the occasional mistake. Onion rings were different than I normally have at A&W elsewhere. They were not crunchy and had few breadcrumbs on them. The onions rings were very disappointing, but the jalepino chicken burger was really good..
