“I ordered a pomodoro pizza and it was excellent. The pizza crust was the right thickness and the tomato sauce was spread evenly on each slice. You will see the olive oil dripping from the pesto sauce on top of the excellent cheese.

“I accidentally tipped twice.
I ordered online and paid in store.
My order already had a tip included, but their machine does not recognize this, so it asks you for a tip. I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I added a tip. When I checked back at my car, I tipped on top of the amount that was already tipped, which means my second tip was based on the previous amount which included the tip. My 2nd tip, although same percentage was higher than the first tip. Not really happy about that, but now I know.

Asides from that, The cheese just is not cheesy. Almost like there is not enough cheese, or not seasoned right.

The presentation looks great.
The pizza was warm, crust was crispy.
Lots of veggies and meat.
My kids were ultimately happy about the pizza.

The staff was friendly.
They labeled the boxes, which I like because my son can't have tomato anything, so he had a separate pizza.

The missing star is because the cheese is just not cheesy.

“The Large Deluxe Pepperoni Pizza with peppers bacon and sausage was very loaded. That part I loved. What I didn't like was the pizza lacked the greasiness normally found on pizzas. And while I would say I'm complaining about the lack of adequate sauce (I would of liked it wetter) I thank you for the amount I did get as it was very salty the sauce ( I would love for there to be a white sauce or marinara sauce option ) other than that. Worth the $40 I paid for the pizza overall. Ordered via DoorDash. But I won't order this again as I am not fond of so salty sauces.“

My last birthday in 2024, I had wanted to do my birthday (with family and relatives) out in Coquitlam......I chose a few chain restaurants I like, but since i waited till two days before, I couldn't get suitable reservations.......

My sister wasnt exactly thrilled that I wanted to go out there, but since we do have a couple relatives in Coquitlam, she looked at it as accommodating the fewer.......and she suggested San Remo

It is one of the better restaurants Ive gone too, I almost always get the chicken and rib combo with lasagna.......I wish the lasagna was a bit better, but its pretty good (my chicken and ribs is always fantastic)

I also go with friends sometimes and they seem to like it (a popular with them, that I haven't tried is the pizza).......even my parents who actually came to my birthday this year loved the pizza (they say its too bad the restaurant isnt closer to us, but Im always out venturing.......my parents, not so much)

Yesterday, I had gone with two friends (we had Olivia as a waitress) .......though we can all be difficult with our orders .......she seemed to be happy to accommodate us, and told us not to worry, and shes here to help us with whatever we need.......I insisted that my chicken piece be a breast......my one friend got pizza, and the other lassnga and a rum coke I believe......my friends had alot of questions, and Olivia made sure to make us feel that we can ask

“Hellcrust Pizza is the new kid on the block as far as chain pizza parlors go, and you can taste that in the best way possible in their pizza. The brand feels young, scrappy, and hungry. This is my 3rd time enjoying their stuff, and it has not disappointed once.

The crust is bready in that light tender golden-bottomed way: a pleasant chew without being doughy. Doesn't sit too heavy in the stomach afterwards like some do.

The toppings are fresh, generous, and well planned on their recipe pizzas. It's nice to order tomatoes and see more than one per slice. The pizzas come together nicely.

The cheese is what does it, though. It's fresh and gooey in that pizza way. It's not epic cheese pull pizza. Instead, the cheese feels real and soft and flavourful.

Honestly, Hellcrust reminds me of the pizza chains of the 90s in the way that it feels more authentic, more real, more flavourful, more honest than the tired, greasy, over-synthetic rubber cheese pies of the current standard.

If every Panago turned into a Hellcrust I'd honestly order pizza way more often.

Personal Fave atm is the Shrimp Cocktail pizza but I've tried 5 or 6 different recipes and they've all been great.“
