“I accidentally tipped twice.
I ordered online and paid in store.
My order already had a tip included, but their machine does not recognize this, so it asks you for a tip. I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I added a tip. When I checked back at my car, I tipped on top of the amount that was already tipped, which means my second tip was based on the previous amount which included the tip. My 2nd tip, although same percentage was higher than the first tip. Not really happy about that, but now I know.

Asides from that, The cheese just is not cheesy. Almost like there is not enough cheese, or not seasoned right.

The presentation looks great.
The pizza was warm, crust was crispy.
Lots of veggies and meat.
My kids were ultimately happy about the pizza.

The staff was friendly.
They labeled the boxes, which I like because my son can't have tomato anything, so he had a separate pizza.

The missing star is because the cheese is just not cheesy.

“We ordered the BILL’S MEDITERRANEAN pizza and the San Remo Original Caesar. The pizza was large and delicious, but it was a bit too much even for two people. The drink was spicy, which is fine since it’s supposed to be, but I just wanted to mention it so others are aware.“

“The Large Deluxe Pepperoni Pizza with peppers bacon and sausage was very loaded. That part I loved. What I didn't like was the pizza lacked the greasiness normally found on pizzas. And while I would say I'm complaining about the lack of adequate sauce (I would of liked it wetter) I thank you for the amount I did get as it was very salty the sauce ( I would love for there to be a white sauce or marinara sauce option ) other than that. “Was waiting for a really long train the other day and was getting progressively more hungry whilst staring at the pizza sign across the street. We started off reading these other hilarious reviews, and then decided why not try it while waiting for the train. I can say I was pleasantly surprised, and I am a huge fan of the corporate, greasy, guilty pleasure pizzas. The price was really reasonable and the quality was better than expected. We only got basic topping pizzas because we were still slightly skeptical considering the mixed reviews, but I'd definitely come back to try a larger range of options next time! Overall it was a generally good experience.

“Love the daily $10.99 medium pizza specials. Had the Canadian pizza and it was hot, fresh and delicious. In our opinion, we feel Pizza Hut has the best tasting unique pan pizza crust out there when compared to all fast food pizza chains. 🙂“

“I highly recommend using Papa John's app for online ordering. The software is excellent; it lets you clearly choose how you want to customize your pizza. The amazing thing is that no matter how you customize it, it always tastes delicious. The pick-up location also smells amazing; if you stay long enough, your whole body will smell like pizza. Therefore, you can also order in advance and pick up the food when you arrive at your chosen time.“

“Hellcrust Pizza is the new kid on the block as far as chain pizza parlors go, and you can taste that in the best way possible in their pizza. The brand feels young, scrappy, and hungry. This is my 3rd time enjoying their stuff, and it has not disappointed once.

The crust is bready in that light tender golden-bottomed way: a pleasant chew without being doughy. Doesn't sit too heavy in the stomach afterwards like some do.

The toppings are fresh, generous, and well planned on their recipe pizzas. It's nice to order tomatoes and see more than one per slice. The pizzas come together nicely.

The cheese is what does it, though. It's fresh and gooey in that pizza way. It's not epic cheese pull pizza. Instead, the cheese feels real and soft and flavourful.

Honestly, Hellcrust reminds me of the pizza chains of the 90s in the way that it feels more authentic, more real, more flavourful, more honest than the tired, greasy, over-synthetic rubber cheese pies of the current standard.

If every Panago turned into a Hellcrust I'd honestly order pizza way more often.

Personal Fave atm is the Shrimp Cocktail pizza but I've tried 5 or 6 different recipes and they've all been great.“
