Four of had a great meal. So sorry this restaurant will be closing. Another good one gone😩
We really enjoyed our meal at the Boat House in Port Moody. It was our first time dining their and fish dishes we had were excellent. We also had a calamari starter that was very tasty The only disappointment was the Caesar Salad...which was mediocre. Tasted like a mayonnaise dressing and packaged parmesan. Now that we are late to discovering the Boat House...it is disappointing to learn that it is closing.
I really enjoyed the food—it was fresh and well-prepared, and the service was prompt. The only downside was that the staff seemed quite straight-faced, and their body language felt a bit distant, which made the atmosphere less welcoming than expected. With a friendlier approach, this place could be excellent.
