Busy or not Tims is generally not clean, half the tables are not wiped down, garbage on the floor and staff that make excuses like this is a high school cafeteria. However... When I asked a staff member about this he did go out and not just wipe my table but wiped all the tables and swept out the floor. His name is Dhillon, he works at the Discovery Place location in Campbell River, he did a good job and he was pleasant. Keep him and give him a raise!“
