“We finally had the chance to try Island Farm to table goodies on this visit to Quadra. Let me tell you, AMAZING! Their food reminds you what food should taste like. We had the bacon cheddar scones fresh from the oven with their Chipotle honey butter-incredible! My husband also enjoyed a protein packed breakfast muffin. We were so impressed with the flavors, textures and aromas that we had to buy extra so we could ensure we could enjoy their goodies for our Sunday breakfast (when they are closed). I must also mention how warm and welcoming the staff were. There is clearly a lot of pride in the quality of products that they provide. Now, I need to plan my next trip to Quadra so I can go back!”

“Absolutely amazing food every time I go here!! Yesterday, after a long day of moving, I treated a friend of mine and myself to a much deserved meal! We got a little bit of everything. Salad rolls , Spring rolls, Pork sticky rice cakes, The golden Char, Vermicelli bowl! Nice and fresh and quick too!! Staff was very friendly and welcoming.. I highly recommend this place!!!”

“Recently tried their new location - More on the Shore (located in the Coast Marina) and had the Crispy Cod Tacos. So good and the candied jalapeño jam really adds to the flavor. Next time I need to try their ice cream sandwiches. Check them out as they are a must try!”

“We were just down in CR for medical (from Port Hardy) and finally decided to stop in after hearing how amazing this place is from friends. Our server was Anna and she was absolutely incredible! We both ordered a clubhouse, my husband on the sourdough she recommended and myself on marble rye as that is my fav. He has worked in restaurants for 37 years and said this was probably the best clubhouse he had ever had. Being in the industry we were (non creepily!!!) watching the staff, every one of them were not only keeping busy the entire time, helping each other out, they all looked like they were having FUN. We will absolutely be back when we are down next! Keep up the amazing work and thank you Anna for being so friendly, allowing space for conversation while still ensuring you are taking care of all your guests. 😊”

“The Fork and Arrow is a must go to. We stopped in for lunch and it was great! The service was quick and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Deadly Aunty Burger which is a loaded patty on bannock. The bannock was fantastic. My husband had the classic breakfast which is exactly what it was - eggs (he likes them done hard), choice of meat, hashbrowns and toast. We have had their fish and chips before and, again, fabulous food. They have fish and chips every Monday after 4:30pm. We know what we will be eating on Mondays!!”

“Went for a late lunch today had a backwards meal dessert first, the black forest cheesecake was excellent! We had Levi serve us he is a great treat himself perfect server (good service is hard to come by you rock!). We followed up the dessert with delicious Ramen. Trusted our server to pair our meal with drinks, wine and beer were a great match. We have been here many times food and drinks are always great.”

Aaaand, did you know that their pastries are all true sourdough which has been fermented for four days before they develop the pastries?🥐 ☕️ They don’t offer syrup, because they’re Nordic coffee shop not American style. This place is unique. Honestly, I had no idea and, this just makes us place even more special!”
