My favourite hotpot restaurant :) I love the individual hot pot idea and all the ingredients are very fresh and tasty. Always have an amazing experience here
I visited Big Way Hot Pot at the Ackroyd location last night, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing because of the behavior of one of the servers. The female server who is grabbing the food around 9:20pm. (6th September).
While I was getting food, one of the servers was handling the food very aggressively and pushed into me while I was standing there. I understand that the restaurant can get busy, but her behavior felt unnecessarily rude and aggressive.
