Good food, good service, kid friendly environment, food ready fast and hot!
Food portions are generous, although they're priced for it. Used to get 10% off with membership but not anymore. You get other perks like free refills or French toast .. but 10% off was much more desirable.
Pay for 1 hr parking at the machine in the underground parkade, bring the receipt to the restaurant and you'll be reimbursed when you pay. It is a bit of a walk so might not be as friendly for those that are not very mobile.

Been a loyal customer for years. Best milk tea, thanks milk tea lady! Best breakfast in town too. So sad to learn that it will close in Sept2024. Feel that the owner keeps trying to overcome all the difficulties since COVID. The parking policy does add difficulty to the business. Wish Copa can continue in Richmond in a new location. Although there are many HK Style cafe in Richmond, after trying out those places, only Copa is the only one we return frequently. Feeling lost knowing...read full review
