Kindness goes a long way. That is also a two way street. I hope more people try to support this place other than expecting streamlined uniformed drink and experiences. I Love to support local businesses and entrepreneurs. I can tell this family is trying to make it work. The drinks were good. My mom had a laugh with the lady cashier. Excellent customer service and good drink. The elderly lady works there is not the fastest (don't think anyone can be fast when getting older), but the drink and friendliness is more than worth it. Definitely worth a purchase when one is in the market.

Located inside the Richmond Public Market. Prices are pretty cheap. Tried the passion fruit green tea and the fruit tea. Both tasted very similar. Surprised at how long it took to make the drinks as there wasn't a line or orders ahead of us.
