Love this store but especially the tea. Such wonderful flavours like Cream Earl Grey, Blood Orange, pistachio chocolate! Plus the beautiful stationary and pens but the tea has stolen my heart. On my first trip I didn’t know about this store and no one would know you have such beautiful teas and dishware. They are very hidden in the back. We were wandering Steveston and happened across Nikaido. I have wanted a nice pen for letter writing for a long time but was unsure of what kind. The two staff were so helpful! They explained the difference between pens and I was able to try the ones I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a fountain pen and a few bottles of ink. I would highly recommend stopping in and checking out Nikaido.
The other day, I came in to buy a new wallet and the employee was so patient and helpful. They showed me all the options and explained the differences so clearly. I left feeling very happy about my purchase
