“I doubt you will find better prepared dishes or a cleaner restaurant in Richmond than this modest cafe, even in a more extravagant establishment The chef (yes, not just a cook) is world renowned and the owners outgoing and friendly.“
“Our family is a regular customer of this food court stall. Simple real flavours of hk cha chan ten fast food. The deep fried pork chop with vermicelli in soup is my favorite. The pork chop is very flavourful. Thought the pork chop is going to be crispy because it deep fried, but it wasn't. I wasn't bother by it though it was tastier that way.
I don't think you will be disappointed.“

“If you love bold flavors and a good spice challenge, Curry Soup Garaku is the place to be! Their spice levels range from 1 to 40, making it perfect for everyone—from mild spice lovers to heat daredevils. I tried Level 30 (definitely not for the faint of heart!) and had to tap out after a few bites, but their lassi was a lifesaver. My partner finished Level 30 like a champ, though not without breaking a sweat!
I ended up switching to Level 5 and absolutely loved it—so flavorful and balanced. The curry soup is rich, comforting, and packed with delicious ingredients. They also have $1 chicken wings during happy hour, which are a great addition to the meal.
The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a fun date night or a casual hangout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something unique and exciting!“

“I’ve never tried Malatang in Vancouver before. It’s not a big restaurant and it was almost full at around 1pm.
✅Recommended spicy mix
The little spicy is not enough, you can choose the big spicy next time
More than 20 yuan for a huge bowl. It’s so delicious that you can eat it till you’re full.“

“Met this young lady on a wednesday afternoon, she was very nice and caring! Talked me through each item on their menu and was very helpful! The service was really nice and we started talking about many different topics which suited my interests. She was very sophisticated and understanding. The food was almost as incredible as the lady and I would come again to see her again ???“

“Solid Cantonese cuisine and has all the classic noodle and rice dishes you expect. Prices are reasonable (not high but not considered cheap). Portion sizes are ok (not small but also not overwhelming). I continue to come here as this style of Cantonese cuisine is becoming hard to find in the Lower Mainland. I used to come here more often when I worked near by and it’s good to see it’s just as good as ever and doing well. Service is decent (fast and friendly enough) as well.
Parking: Busy strip mall with limited parking“

“The food here tastes great and is always freshly served, so it's always warm. I often will get the teppanyaki, but the soup noodles are good too. Servers are friendly and the restaurant has a good atmosphere. Only drawback is that during peak hours it may be busy.“

“- One of our family's favorite food stalls at the Aberdeen Centre food court. Over the past year, we've dined here frequently
- These are some of our favorite items available at this stall:
* $15.99 Large Combo A "Lamb Soup." The best lamb soup in GVA! It comes in a big bowl, much bigger than its competitors'. It has lots of ingredients and soup. It's not too salty or heavy. I'd say it's perfect. It also comes with a veggie appetizer and a delicious "Crispy Cake."
* Although the "Crispy Cake" comes with the Lamb Soup, we often buy them separately. A ready-to-eat one costs $3, and frozen ones cost $2.5 each. We buy them frozen and air-fry them at home. They're delicious!
* $12.99 Combo H with 12 lamb dumplings. Deliciously just right. The only complaint with this is that they use paper trays and dumplings get stuck to the tray, often ripping the dumpling and spilling its contents.
- when we first found this place, the female counter staff - presuming she was the owner - can only speak Mandarin. No English. No Cantonese. My Mandarin sucks. Communication between us often lost in translation. Because of this, I only came once in a blue moon. Now, she finally hired someone who speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English. And she's friendly. Good job!! I come here more and more often now! ???

“first time here for AYCE lunch, I find the place very clean, and staff friendly. Food is overall very good, I like the sushi, sashimi, BC rolls, salad, chicken teriyaki, futomaki, tempura, and ice cream. The miss are sunomono too sweet lack vinegar, goma salad too salty, and that thirsty feeling from MSG (which I have no idea from which items). Yes I will go back again :)“

“- family run business - was highly recommended to this place and only ate there after the 2nd visit as lineup was too long - a food court place with just a few eateries in the Admiralty centre in Richmond - famed for wonton noodle , hainan chicken rice and hk style milk tea and iced lemon tea - there’s also crispy Chinese donut (油炸鬼&牛俐蘇) in the next stall - wonton noodle was crisp, springy and not soft and mushy and good size of wonton wrapped in shrimp and pork ) soup based was commendable - chicken is tender and the portion fairly sized - hainan chicken can be ordered in a set with rice , Chinese green - combination sets range from $11 with a drink - deep fried crisp fish skin is also a must try - was told that family sometime closes for trips - only stall in there with a lineup - very reasonably priced - we bought the deep fried fish skin home for the rest of the family to try and it was still tasty and crisp in the evening“
