So disappointed. I ordered a regular size Kyoto Latte priced at $7 after the tip. This drink didn't live up to its price. Foamy and there was nothing special about the coffee. The barista making this used his finger to level the coffee before plugging it into the coffee machine. The seating area is bland and nothing special. There is so much potential but the owners don't realize it. Over priced coffee in a prime location. I won't be back.

Cute coffee shop with a vibrant interior (blues and whites), plenty of space and seating, delicious sandwiches and baked goods, and of course, excellent coffee. The staff were friendly and personable, and the turn around time from order to arrival was minimal. Location near the wharf is convenient for all the tourists (ourselves included) milling about in the area, looking for a quick jolt of java and something to wash down with it. While I'm not much of a coffee person,...

Specificly came to waves for a iced chocolate, chocolate was barely melted so the milk was bland with chunks on the bottom.
My mom's latte was even worse though. First they forgot about it. Next they tried to put a shot of espresso in that had been sitting on the machine for over 5 minutes..... I called them out on it and she made a fresh shot, but tried to serve the expired shot to the next customer. Lastly, it wasn't even hot. They did end up make a new latte...
