“Want to give a huge shout out to Dane at Tim’s Summerland today for exceptional customer service and much-appreciated patience in helping me navigate my points system today. In a world where people are struggling to show patience and kindness to one another at this point, this young man is a credit to himself, his family and his community!“

“Community-minded. Consistent. Friendly service. It's hard to recruit and retain good staff in the service industry these days but I feel like these guys always find people with a positive attitude. I never see staff just standing around, they're always working hard. I can't say I've tried a lot of the menu, I just get my usual coffee and baked good order, but I'm always happy with the value, quality, and experience.“
