“Some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had! Gluten free options are amazing and the people working are very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The gluten free pannokoek tastes so damn good! The syrup, the eggs, the sausages, everything was top tier and I wil definitely be coming back! Best breakfast chain in B.C!“

“Very clean IHOP, but sad the Swedish Lingonberry crepes are gone. Food otherwise was standard for this type of establishment, though the hashbrowns weren't as good as they used to be (batch cooked without enough oil to get to the potatoes in the middle)“

“We had our Family of 4 Thanksgiving Brunch here and we left happy and full.
Staff are friendly and very accommodating.
Ambiance is very warm with a very cool Halloween theme.

“Went back to Cora’s after a long while of not eating here and I’d say nothing has changed in terms of menu. The portions are still pretty good though. We ordered two meals plus coffee and a strawberry banana smoothie. Everything came pretty fast except for the smoothie, it eventually got to us just before we finished eating. We asked multiple times and on the 3rd time I eventually told them to cancel since we were leaving and it finally made its way to our table ?“

The coffee is always hot and comforting, and the pancakes? Fluffy, fresh, and just how you remember them.
The staff deserves a shoutout too—they’re attentive and friendly, even when the place is packed.
There’s a warmth here that makes you feel right at home, and every bite takes me back to childhood breakfasts.
It’s a rare treat to find a place that stays true to its roots, and IHOP does just that!

“Great place. It reminds me of an old fashioned diner that doesn't change much. The staff are friendly and food is good.
Dietary restrictions: They might do substitutions for diabetics.
Parking: Skytrain and buses nearby.
Wheelchair accessibility: While you can get around as it's flat/one level. There doesn't look to be alot of room if you use a walker. In some spots they could move chairs for a wheelchair to sit. But I doubt you could get a wheelchair in a booth. I do think they have an accessible bathroom. But the hall to the bathroom is narrow. I can see it being a problem for wheelchairs and walkers. Without a walker or wheelchair people have to wait for others to pass before they can walk down the hall as it's so narrow.“

“This place is a must go for breakfast or lunch. Menu is very "visual" with all photos of the main dishes, so it's easy to chose from. The food is delicious, including the fresh fruit and juices. Steak lovers with Benedict-eggs was so good! (See photo). Also, excellent service, very attentive and always ready to refill your coffee. Going there every time I want to make sure I land in a safe place. Thank you“
