The tofu on vermicelli was so good, special and seemed to be the most healthy tofu dish I ever had. This was way better than what you'd expect in a mall food court. For pho when I tried before it did not seem to have the best healthy broth options though, it was sweet and also really salty.. served nice and hot though with fresh sprouts and the tofu option is nice. Thai iced tea options seem great but apparently they are not dairyfree
