“Weekend getaway in Smithers, BC and this place was recommended to us, Friday nights is the Prime Rib Dinner special. It was the BEST Prime Rib Dinner my husband and I have ever had. Service was great, everything was top notch. Even one of the owners was table touching. Great experience highly recommend!!”

“Why I do not recommend Aspen Riverhouse Restaurants We stopped in for dinner last night with our son and his family. Definitely a cozy atmosphere and friendly serving staff. Where the ball got dropped was definitely on the food. The burgers and sandwiches had no complaints but the fries we extremely salty. We also ordered the 50/50 chicken and ribs with mashed potatoes and the crispy chicken thighs with sauce and mashed potatoes. The 50/50 rib meat was semi dry and the chicken was hardly edible because it was overly salty and dry. And the crispy chicken thighs were not any better. We will not choose to dine at the Riverhouse Restaurant in the future.”
