“First time visit for us, after many trips to Tofino. Busy place, but our burgers were prepped without delay and we were able to get a table out of the rain. Very tasty, and lots of food with the included fries. I recommend the tuna burger. We reached an accommodation with the dozen or so aggressive crows surrounding us and didn’t lose more than a couple of fries, but that’s part of the fun. Good place for chatting with fellow diners. Good for takeout too.“
“Order the halibut , absolutely the best I have ever had. Price is 27 for 1 piece. I couldn’t finish the whole meal. The coleslaw is also by far the best I have had. The man who cooks the fish, I spoke to after to let him know. He takes great pride in his cooking and cares about the customer. Anytime I come to tofino I will be visiting Big Daddy’s Fish Fry.Several places to sit if you want to dine in. Meal is started as soon as you place your order. You don’t have to wait long at all. As for service , very polite and great personality .“
“In tofino for a couple of nights kids free and we had perused the menu ahead of time. The do a shared plate Ribeye steak, dry aged 37 days. Super funky 60's theme with macrame and rattan, loved the vibe. We had Mike, with the lovely blue shirt and he was charming and super knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. Well it turned out to be the BEST steak we have ever eaten! Incredible steak-cuterie with many sauces (which I love) and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection! The chimichurri, the mushrroms just, absolute chefs kiss! The veg, the salad, just so good!! Definitely recommend if you want a killer steak spread and to tantalize your taste buds!!!“
“We spent 2 days in Tofino and had breakfast here the the first day. The food and service were both 5 star so we went back for breakfast again the 2nd day. Both visits were fantastic! The staff were so friendly and we loved the open kitchen design.“
