Bean Around the World Coffees is a lovely little coffee shop with a great atmosphere, perfect for studying or meeting people. The staff are very friendly, and the food and drinks, such as the mocha frappe and chocolate babka, are tasty, although a bit pricey compared to other similar establishments. This location is known for its excellent pastries and sandwiches, thanks to the efforts of the dedicated owner and staff.
The small location is charming but can be loud inside, making it less relaxing for some. The coffee has a standard dark roast flavor, which some find okay but not exciting. Pastries are tiny for the price, and the shop does not take cash—card only. However, the cafe offers great food and service, with an awesome atmosphere. As it is located in the Blusson Spinal Cord Centre, it is very wheelchair accessible.
