Really good sushi! Unexpected little spot, highly recommend and great price!
Our favorites are the mackerel roll, vancouver roll and their salmon sashimi.
I thought the food was great, as well as the service and atmosphere, I thought there was a lack of drink options however. I think it'd be good to invest in that.
Big Bang Sushi on Demand is a hidden gem in Vancouver. It’s a small place, but the food is consistently excellent—super fresh fish, generous portions, and large cuts of sashimi that actually feel worth the price.
The service is outstanding too. Joanna is always welcoming and attentive, and she makes the experience even better. I come back every time I’m in Vancouver for a reason. I’d have more pictures, but I eat it so fast I always forget.
