“The smash burgers here are good. The truffle mushroom and Swiss burger had a crispy yet juicy patty. The Pineapple Express burger was unique but couldn’t really taste or see pineapple, but it was still very tasty. The fries were fresh and crispy. They even threw in a free cookie which was a pleasant surprise.“

“The chicken Parmesan sandwich is a work of art. The bun is perfectly soft and chewy, the chicken is juicy and crunchy and all the sauces work perfectly. One of the better sandwiches I’ve had in a while.

“We were staying at the hotel while my hubby had heart surgery and ate there our first night. THE FOOD AT ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING!! The second night I made an order online but accidentally pushed the Westshore location...(I'm in Saanich) when I was pointed out my mistake the young man up front went to talk to his manager Jenn! She had my order ready so fast! No questions asked! It was very busy in there for a Wednesday night! You guys are awesome. Thankyou again! We will be back to the hotel Accent Inn and Bin 4!“

“This place was really cute. i had a friend who recommended this place. the burgers were good, sort of like White Spot or A&W kind of taste. the fries and milkshake were really good as well. We got an All-American, a Street Hawker, a side of fries, and a Vanilla Milkshake. everything all in all was really cute and it wasn’t that busy when we arrived, but started getting busier as we were leaving. a little on the pricy side, but otherwise i would recommend this place 100% to others!

Parking: We had to park about 5 or so minutes away for free parking. Paid parking was very limited on main street

Wheelchair accessibility: Their seating area is upstairs, so i would not claim this as a Wheelchair Accessible place“

“I took my colleague here for a lunch meeting and to get his thoughts on the place I have been raving about. My colleague ordered the Jalapeño Smash Burger and I tried the Spicy Vegan Chicken burger with orders of dirty fries. We were both impressed with the flavours of our burgers. My Spicy Vegan burger has the “Wow” factor. Always love the dirty fries. Really helps when the service is welcoming and very helping with the menu. All in all, experience, service and delicious burgers and fries checks off all the boxes for a place to enjoy with friends!“

“great experience with pleasant staff at this location. food is hot, fresh and correct. they were very busy however I didn't need to wait long. price is a bit high for a chain restaurant but they give enough fries, have free peanuts and the meat is not thin as paper so I was actually full. surprsing clean dining area, bathrooms, and kitchen area during my visit which I have not seen in my recent visits to many fast food restaurants. enjoyed a yummy quick bite. love the burgers customizable with free cheese and bacon as toppings“

“New favourite smashburger in Vancouver and that’s a tall order,m. Chicken Sandwich came out darker than I expected but provided the perfect crunch and a super juicy cutlet. Simple salad of arugula with that just enough mayo sauce. Loved the beef tallow fries. Perfect cut and seasoning. Above all else, Asher made the experience perfection from the minute we entered until we paid up. $75 for wine, 2 sandwiches and fries + Pelligrino which in this economy is saying everything we need to hear to enjoy a nice meal out. “We ran inside to shelter from the rain and ended up having one of the most enjoyable afternoons from our stay in Vancouver! Our servers Yevhen and Veda were excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. Yummy food and reasonably priced drinks. Highly recommend!“

“I will always love their rootbeer as it evokes nostalgia. It is served without ice because they say the temperature is ice cold and the melting ice would impact the taste. I usually order the Mama burger because it is cheap or the Beyond Meat burger when I feel like saving a cow’s life. The sides are all pretty great here: the fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings are all good.

The only thing I don’t recommend is using the app. Your order is chewed up by the app and spit out differently from what you ordered. It is bizarre. I paid and was charged $51.10 in the app but the order I received was missing one of the sides, and the emailed receipt also was different from my actual order, and totalled $45.65. I had to order and pay for my missing side at the restaurant.

Later the charge to my credit card mirrored the charge on my emailed bill. The manager made it right later. A&W, please fix your app so the manager can get on with managing the restaurant and not mistakes with your app.

“First time trying NeNe Chicken and was surprised how delicious and juicy the chicken is. What really caught my attention was the Lemon Holic Chicken. It had a citrus and hint of lemon flavour in every bite. That just hit differently.

On top of that, the service was really friendly and super helpful with deciding on what to order. They even suggested we order off Uber Eats to get extra savings! Who does that!?!

The burger has a bit of spice just like how I chose so that's cool, the service gave me a bag beforehand because he already knew I couldn't handle everything and the dude was chill,
