“Great food and great ambience.“

“Pretty much my favourite burger joint, even when it was just a ghost kitchen. Even back then, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the burgers were just as delicious as they are now. The fries aren’t terrible, but when compared to the burgers, they aren’t great. Another complaint is that the new shop’s atmosphere is definitely a bit clinical, which kinda clashes with how warm and welcoming the workers are. Still, that won’t stop me from always ordering a cheeseburger original if I’m even somewhat close to the location“

“It was a very good experience visiting this place. The staff is friendly, the burgers are delicious, and the combo is sized enough. I tried the mushroom one (I can't remember the name) in combo, fries are crispy and yummy, everything was delicious. Next time I'll try a milkshake. Also, they have a loyalty card, so after 10 burgers, you can get one free.“

“We really love this place, food is great and is an amazing place to watch sports.
Only issue is this is the second time I witness the kitchen staff shouting to the servers because they asked for a side of sauce that didn't come with our order.

“Saw this place on social media and thought it was worth a try. I kept putting off trying this place, because of the neighborhood that it was in. However, it had a Friday to Sunday happy hour lunch special, so we went. It was pretty amazing.

We ordered:
Single combo ($18.50) - came with a single smash burger, fries and a drink. I looked at the menu after the fact, it was the price of the burger and fries so the happy hour special essentially gives you a free drink.
Double combo ($22.00) - it had two very tasty smashed patties. Like the single, it had pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and an awesome sauce. Also came with fries and a drink.
Hamburger ($10.50) - Had all the dressings and a crispy smashed burger patty.
Onion Rings ($8.00) - it was one of the better onion rings I have had.

The restaurant was clean and there was a free arcade game to play while you wait for your food.

Service was excellent, very attentive and helpful.

“Went here for din just before our show at the Queen E. we had dynamite roll for appy and Baja fish tacos and Florida sandwich for our mains. Drinks before and after din were delicious and our server, Laura was awesome. So attentive and friendly. Thank you.“

“great experience with pleasant staff at this location. food is hot, fresh and correct. they were very busy however I didn't need to wait long. price is a bit high for a chain restaurant but they give enough fries, have free peanuts and the meat is not thin as paper so I was actually full. surprsing clean dining area, bathrooms, and kitchen area during my visit which I have not seen in my recent visits to many fast food restaurants. enjoyed a yummy quick bite. love the burgers customizable with free cheese and bacon as toppings“

“I will think about that milkshake at least 3x a week for the rest of my life. Burger is exactly what a burger should be, super thoughtful ingredients, killer fries and onion rings. Great staff and service, it’s always nice to eat somewhere where people genuinely like where they work and the people they work with, I’m convinced it makes the food taste even better. “Have eaten at the location at the Vancouver airport a few years ago. Tried the location at Northlands in Calgary today. Food quality is excellent. The price is the disappointment. Fifteen dollars for the bacon & cheese burger 🍔 is high although good quality. I can make one just as good at home. Staff was friendly although with the fans etc very hard to hear.“

“I ordered a papa burger( beef burger) and they gave me a frigging double beyond meat burger. July 23rd/2025 @ 11:30. That staff should be ashamed of yourself. It's not rocket science. If you don't care about your job leave so customers don't have to waist money. So disappointing 😞“

“The chicken was ok. Pretty tender but not very flavourful besides the outside. Loved their fries. Girlfriend got the chicken burger and said it was good but a mess. White liquidy sauce was everywhere and soaked the buns which was off putting. Overall decent experience, but considering the price and the quality, there are better fried chicken places around Davie st.“

“We walked in and asked for a table for four and was told that we had a 35 minute wait. I went on to open table and there is a reservation available immediately for five minutes later, I reserved it. & walked back up to the hostess told her I had a reservation now and she then continued to make me wait another 12 minutes before taking me to my table and this is after I asked when my reservation would be honored. The hostess also had way too much perfume on in an overheated foyer, which caused all of us to be a little offset by the environment.“

The spicy chicken was fairly mild… not quite like buldak spicy… maybe more yangnyeom level… not too spicy or too sweet. Both were sooooo very good. The side dish of pickled daikon cubes was also very tasty. Fully recommend! Also, they have 10% off during happy hour on Monday-Thursday! Would definitely order from them again!“
