“An amazing little desert spot. Great service and the deserts were delicious. We had the tiramisu, coconut cake and pineapple cheesecake. All were great but if I had to pick one, it would be the tiramisu. Very good earl grey tea served in stoneware. Also, the warm water is a nice touch to go with cold desert on a chilly November day.“

“These little lemon squares are so unbelievably good. They often make an appearance as the bonus bite on lemon desserts because there really is never a bad time for Lemon Squares.
We keep a box tucked away in the freezer for emergencies.“

“One of my fave desert store in town! My current fav is their Bacon and Cheese! A bit expensive BUT IT'S WORTH IT to treat yourself once in a while. The store is nice and clean though it is small to hold dine-in customers so it is mostly to-go. The staff are nice too. Will definitely visit again. 💖“

“Tried tofu dessert for the first time and was not disappointed! It's mildly sweet, fresh, filling, and refreshing!! Great way to hit protein goals. Insane how healthy the dessert options are. We saw people literally coming in for tubs of fresh tofu.

“I stopped by Thierry Mount Pleasant recently and it felt like discovering a sweet secret in Vancouver that I didn’t even know I needed. I walked in on a sunny afternoon and the place felt warm and calm with the smell of fresh pastries filling the air. I got a flaky apple turnover and a matcha strawberry iced drink. Both were so tasty I didn’t even want to share with my friend who was with me. The coffee was smooth and made me feel cozy while we sat outside watching people walk by in Mount Pleasant.

What I liked most was how everything there felt special but not scary fancy. The staff were friendly and helped me decide between all the desserts when I couldn’t choose because they all looked so good. I even saw someone nearby eating a big chocolate cake that looked amazing. Sitting there made me feel relaxed and happy, almost like I was in a little Paris café rather than right here in Vancouver.

By the time I left I was already thinking about my next visit so I could try even more treats and another drink. This is a great spot if you want a delicious coffee and pastry that makes your day feel a bit brighter.“

“We recently tried the mango pomelo sago with jasmine jelly here to compare it to MACU. Not sure if the name is mislabeled, but the drink didn’t have any sago in it, which was a bit surprising. That said, I’m definitely looking forward to coming back to try their soft serve and other drinks!“

“After having these at Granville Island, my wife and I decided to order them for our wedding. The service was great and the squares were delicious, as expected! They also keep really well, which was a bonus because we were able to order a few days in advance. They tasted just as fresh as when I've had them at Granville Island.“

For 7 Canadian Dollars you can have a breakfast toastie and a coffee. The food is simple but delicious, the coffee is excellent and the service is very friendly and good. “Excellent Italian coffee, bustling location, outdoor seating which I would love them to maintain for the winter months. Pizzas & sandwiches are tasty but the sweets selection is unfortunately lacking unless you want gelato which is yummy, nice variety of flavours. Opens late & closed Sundays in winter which is annoying for a busy neighbourhood. Chez Nous is nearby for great pastries & Valoroso on Pacific has good Italian coffee as well.“

“I think the place has its own vibe. I know that this place is very busy after dark, so, my daughter and I went at 4-ish and it wasn't bad. I never thought glutinous rice, coconut jelly (noodles), mango and mango cream can taste good. The iced lemon tea is so refreshing. Will come back and give the other flavours a try.“
