I have been curious for a while to try this comfort-fine dining experience. I found the flavors interesting, although I believe that more complex could be achieved on the dishes. What I missed was some flavor intensity that would make my food more memorable.Probably my favorite dish was the fried chicken and the dips that came with it were well-thought.My minced pork belly bowl was interesting.
