On December 9, 2023, my husband bought a geoduck clam at Jumbo. It smelled bad and was caught in the water. There are several uncles who usually work there waiting for you to pick a dead one if you are not paying attention?and treat it as a live fish to the customers. , it’s really a black shop

Let me start by saying that honestly, the seafood here is great and fresh, and you can find stuff you don't find elsewhere and prices are reasonable, BUT don't expect anything else. They only do Cash which is very very annoying as you have to run bring cash and come back, they don't speak a single word in English so it's very very hard to communicate with them we had to translate through Google and show them what we needed at some point. There is no service attitude at all. The cashier and Mr. Crab are black-faced throughout the whole process. You are not allowed to pick blue crabs. He will choose the smallest and dying ones for you and will not change them. I misunderstood and packed an extra copy. I tried to force them to sell to customers and was rejected.
