Miso Taco - Cambie offers a lively dining experience with a unique fusion of flavors. Guests highly recommend the ramen burrito, a standout dish that combines noodles with birria or other proteins for an unforgettable taste. The teriyaki rice bowls, featuring beef birria and chicken karaage, also receive praise, as do the chashu carnitas tacos, which many wish they could order again.
The menu includes fun appetizers like Miso Corny and shrimp chips with togarashi, adding a spicy kick. Happy hour is a popular time, featuring tacos and beer options, although some diners note the mini nachos could be larger. The atmosphere is lively, often busy and a bit loud, but the presence of anime on the TVs adds a fun touch.
While service can be slow at times, especially when it comes to cutlery and napkins, the servers are described as friendly and accommodating. Families are welcome, and the dog-friendly patio is a nice addition. Overall, guests enjoy the delicious food and vibrant atmosphere, making Miso Taco - Cambie a place many plan to revisit.
