Cecil was great, amazing customer service friendly and smiling and not rushing that’s why I’m giving 3 instead of 1.But I have purchased the machine for the first time and coffee capsules are not returnable even five minutes after you purchased them. It was a better deal ordering online and after I ordered online and came back to the store they were not able to return. Little poor customer service the agent is not sorry at all or try to make it right as well as the manager....read full review

This is my second time to go to this store. My first time experience was really good and this time was so so.I went to the store around 5:40ish because the website said the location will close at 7, the coffee bar was already closed and staffs were packing up. As soon as arrived one staff drag us to the sale desk, I was going to look at some machine and updates ?. Hands down the absolute BEST Nespresso store! The staff are always SO on the ball especially Vigan and Tunc. So knowledgeable, so friendly, they make the coffee experience fun and are always suggesting new flavours to try ?
