Local Chinese bakery with broad selection of baked goods and sticky rice wraps. On Wednesdays, there is a sign outside that says you get 10% off, except on special offers. They also have steamed rice cake which our elderly father likes, but I don’t care for.
It’s a standard Chinese bakery with their baked buns on the lightly baked/less cooked side compared with other bakeries. The flavour of the bbq pork bun was good. The salty glutinous rice dumpling was good enough but could have had more oil drained from it after frying. The baked chicken pie and curry beef pastries were solid. Egg tart was solid. Good assortment of baked desserts and steamed rice cakes too. They sell steam buns as well.
