Hands down, the best tonkotsu ramen in Vancouver! The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced without being overpowering. The pork is tender with just the right mix of lean and fat, and the noodles strike an ideal balance between soft and chewy. The gyoza is incredible, with a perfectly chewy skin and a deliciously seasoned pork filling. This is officially my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area!

I had the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen, and gyoza at this spot, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Spicy Miso at Level 2 (very spicy) wasn’t super spicy, but it had a great kick and rich flavor. The service was fast, the prices were quite reasonable, and the ramen tasted authentic—just like in Japan. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Japanese ramen!

It was also super affordable - my giant bowl of ramen and coke was only around CA$17 before tips. It was the highlight of my trip!
