The cashier was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere right from the start. Came here for a cup of coffee and a cake. Coffee was good and the cake was alright (German cake, that isn't German. I should know since I'm German).There was a trainee and I guess a supervisor working. However only the trainee did everything and the supervisor looked extremely unfriendly and didn't even greet the customers. Throughout our stay the supervisor didn't do anything except spreading bad mood and I felt real bad for the new staff.
