“It is perhaps the most dangerous fast food place in all of Vernon due to its location. Police get summoned to remove violent patrons multiple times. Staff are VERY friendly here. I always see them go the extra mile to help people with mental and physical disabilities. Multiple staff members have a Vernon wide reputation for being friendly. I ate a burger here a couple weeks ago and they were busy as always. Only mild annoyance is they ask if you want to add cheese to your burger but don't indicate it's an extra charge. Overall it's fine to eat here for lunch. Lots of seating. It just has a tendency to get super busy at lunch time so not ideal for your 30 minute lunch break from work in the plaza.“

“I had the most amazing experience at this Triple O’s drive-thru! Not only was the burger and the pickle spears delicious, but the staff were incredibly kind. They absolutely gushed over my dog and even offered him a free pup cup, which was so sweet.
To top it off, when I got home, I found a handwritten note in my bag wishing me a wonderful day, along with a free cookie! It’s so rare to find a team that is this genuinely friendly and dog-friendly. They truly made my day—thank you to the lovely crew working today!“

“Just learned the have breakfast now and had to try it.
Got a breakfast burrito with chorizo and it is good, I like how there are tater tot’s and eggs
Mixed with the protein. My only suggestion would be to maybe toast the burrito to crisp up the outside of the tortilla after it is assembled but it is good as is also :)“

“My husband and I went through the drive thur yesterday, and we noticed that all the staff were wearing face masks. It is so wonderful to see that they are taking Covid 19 seriously. Way to go Vernon Wendy’s! I wish more business would take Covid 19 more seriously, and go the extra mile for their customers and staff and follow it your footsteps. Keep up the great work and set the example for all businesses to follow.“

“Holy moly!!!! To the team who worked last night ( Feb 27th around 5pm). We ordered 4 pizzas ( $5$5$5 deal ) and they were SO good! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a looong time because I worry about quality and the last time I got it when I was in another province it was not good. The Vernon Pizza Hut ( at least whoever worked last night) has it down pat! They should train allllll the pizza huts. I would 💯 recommend and order again. Very impressed. 🍕 🎉 🤤“
