“Huge selection of dried, loose herbs at good prices compared to what I pay where I live. Like half the price. Very big selection of harder to find vitamins and i trust that they've pre-shopped it for you so you don't have to worry about quality.

Owner is very caring and knowledgeable. She's on the floor talking to customers, answering questions and sharing her insights. The other woman working there feels like a friend from the first visit. She's a low filter, connecting kind of person who is down to earth and nice.

I'd like to get to know this place more and believe they can really help people with their health. It's the real deal, owner operated.“

“We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday at The Med Restaurant in Vernon. There are not enough great things I can say. The atmosphere was amazing, the food incredible and the staff WONDERFUL. Our server, Adam was the most attentive and pleasant presence without being too much. He was extremely accommodating to our group throughout the entire evening. Thoroughly impressed with this gem. Thank you The Med for hosting such a wonderful evening.“

“Update: This place is a must visit. As usual the food is incredible, my young daughter quite enjoyed the food as well.

The appetizers came fast! and thr main course was quickly right behind. my hungry belly didn't have to wait long and I fell satiated. Thr only issue... I couldn't eat it all in one go.

The price is great for the quantity you receive
