Owner is very caring and knowledgeable. She's on the floor talking to customers, answering questions and sharing her insights. The other woman working there feels like a friend from the first visit. She's a low filter, connecting kind of person who is down to earth and nice.

I'd like to get to know this place more and believe they can really help people with their health. It's the real deal, owner operated.“

“We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday at The Med Restaurant in Vernon. There are not enough great things I can say. The atmosphere was amazing, the food incredible and the staff WONDERFUL. Our server, Adam was the most attentive and pleasant presence without being too much. He was extremely accommodating to our group throughout the entire evening. Thoroughly impressed with this gem. “Been ordering here regularly since 2017, always trying other new pizza places and end up coming back here due to poor experiences. Very consistent, only had one time the pizza had barely any cheese on it. Otherwise this is our preferred choice, happy I can order online and schedule pickup for later. Sometimes they are behind but never by more than a few mins.“

“We were recouping after an emotional situation with our dog. To cheer up my 7 year old, I snuck off and asked the waitress if she could sneak him a couple extra gold coins to his pirate pack. Something that on the day we got the dog, Kelowna white spot did as a surprise to him. This would be kinda full circle thing. The waitress in Vernon was amazing not only did she give him a couple extra. she gave him a small bag of extras with a heart on it. This was above and beyond and such a touching moment for my son. It instantly cheered him up. So grateful for their kind gesture on such a difficult day.“
