She greeted us with a most beautiful smile and warm welcome. Service was consistently good throughout the meal and Raeya was readily available. “We were a small retreat group hosting in West Kelowna, and swung by Kekuli a day or two beforehand. Since we tried to breakfast bannocks, they were able to accommadate a last minute order for our group of 7. The ladies had a filling and yummy breakfast that kept the group full until lunchtime! “We arrived late in evening to the restaurant and we were really surprised with the great service. We were a large group of 12 people, without reservation and they quickly set us a table. “Gone here a few times, trying to be healthy , they nickel and dime you every time. Sauce is extra and any tweaks are extra?! But if you say less or no something there is no reduction?
It’s only a buck or two but it makes you not want to return here. Locations are always empty.
The lady I get every time measures everything on a scale the next lady my wife gets eye balls everything. Neither are impressive.
It’s ok but do not need or feel like going back to any location. It’s a 5/10 at best or less due to cheapness?
This chain will die due to counting pennies…..“

“During my older son’s hockey game my younger son and I went into Boomers to grab a hot chocolate. The young fellow at the bar helped take our order and he was so pleasant to deal with we ended up ordering some food as well. The GF pizza was hot and tasty. No dry crust. My son’s burger and fries were good as well. Overall service was excellent and the food came out quickly. Definitely will be back. Looks like the new management is doing a great job.“

“I’ve been going to this location for a couple years and while it’s always consistently good in my experience I wanted to leave a special shoutout review for the staff that were working in the kitchen this morning, 11am on 21 April: that was the best teriyaki chicken bowl I ever had from Edo. Absolutely superb.“

“Worst take-out food experience of our families lives. We are forever haunted by the the taste and service we had to endure. We had to attend family counselling just to try and forget the atrocities of this event. Avoid this restaurant at all costs if you value your life on this planet. On a serious note: -Missing items -Big Dipper was consistency of beef jerky -Italian sausage were like mini hockey pucks -They wanted to charge delivery fee for missing items DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!“

The staff is great with explaning all the possible combinations and flavors they have. You won't be disappointed with whatever you order!!“

“Had an amazing meal at this place! The milkshake was definitely one of the best I’ve had. The chicken sandwich was just as good crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour. The chicken wings seasoning was amazing definitely a must have! The poutine was very good as well.
Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and always smiling, which made the experience even better. My kids were happy with theirs too! I’d definitely come back again!“

“I was pleasantly surprised going to Hansen‘s on Friday evening. The great product but what really made me feel better was the five young men working in there. In a time of young people trying to find work the owner of Hansen‘s she does it right. Support Hansen’s Support your local youth it’s the best thing you can do.“
