The manager at this location is PHENOMENAL. You can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about his customers, his staff, and the experience people have when they walk through the door. He’s welcoming, attentive, incredibly kind, and somehow manages to make grabbing a sandwich feel like you’re a regular at your favourite neighbourhood spot.

It’s people like him who are the reason customers come back. Great service is one thing, but making people feel genuinely taken care of is another, and he absolutely nails it.

The entire staff is wonderful, the atmosphere reflects great leadership, and whoever is above this man needs to know what they have. Give him the recognition, the bonus, the raise, the company car… whatever Subway is working with. 😂
