“This place was recommended by a friend of mine and I'm so glad I went!! The service is amazing, the second I walked in the front lady (didn't catch her name unfortunately) greeted me so kindly, and was so helpful. I got the Joie iced mocha and strawberry + banana crepe which was amazing. The portions are very big, I was full half way through, and you could tell the fruit was fresh. The atmosphere was amazing too, ideal cafe vibes. Beautiful place, food and people! Count me in as a regular 😊“

“Have been here before. We are no frim Victoria but when we visit we enjoy this restaurant. The avocado shrimp salad is my fave and it did not disappoint this time. The Hugo spritz was refreshing and it was a lovely treat experience on a beautiful day in Oak bay!! Not to be missed.“

“What a wonderful experience! This charming cafe has incredible food and service. The owners are genuinely lovely people who work hard to care for their customers. It’s clear that Windsor Cafe has a very dedicated following of regulars because I saw so many customers being called by name and addressed with warmth and kindness. The cafe is in a charming old Victorian home near the water which makes it a great stop for tourists and locals. As a chef myself, I was very impressed with the fresh food and coffee. The staff are so friendly and efficient and clearly care about their level of service. I will be back! This is my favourite cafe in Victoria, hands down!!“
