Great spot for a snack and the proceeds go to great causes. Friendly folks operating this shop.If I was to quibble, a bit disappointed that they don't have chocolate ice cream.
They're back. The ultimate retro beach concession/cafe straight out of the 50s. It's a non profit and has volunteers and students running it. Limited menu, but the nostalgia can't be duplicated. Not many of these left. Classic diner setup. Hope they have another 50 years

As far as a beach concession stand goes this is a great place to grab an affordable snack and a drink while you enjoy the beach and park. They carry a range of fast food type options as well as tea, coffee, and cakes. All proceeds go to the Kiwanis club of Oak Bay and support local causes and community initiatives so you can feel good about spending your hard earned money here too.
