I know some say the prices can be bad here but certain items I find do cost a bit less than places like Lifestyles or Thrifties etc. The selection is good; tofu, cheeses, non-dairy milks and yogurt, cereals etc. Sometimes you can find baked goods in the bakery section as well. They seem to get seasonal products in as well such as unique coffee, creamer, and dandies flavours. They also sell vegan supplements, protein powders, and self-care items.
