Ruth & Dean - Luncheonette & Bakery is a great little place with big beautiful windows. The delicious muffins and cakes are a highlight, although some wish the cake had real buttercream instead of the light fluffy icing. The chicken noodle soup could be improved with more flavor and warmth. The team is adorable and the products delicious. The Victorian rhubarb cake is soft and melting. The decor is fresh, and the little terraces are adorable. The staff is known for being really nice, making the experience pleasant. Regulars appreciate the friendly servers who have come to know their preferences. The restaurant is kid-friendly with magnetic alphabets for kids to play with. They work hard to provide a lot of variety within the wholesome food realm. Everything is delicious. Their breakfast/lunch options are appreciated. The breakfast sandwich is great. Their coffee is also good and the rice crispy square is recommended.
