“We had some issues with our app order, but Jhon and Will were absolutely amazing. He was extremely patient, kind, and took the time to help us sort everything out without rushing us at all. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even offered complimentary items, which we really appreciated. “Typical Subway franchise located in Helmcken Road. It’s within walking distance to Victoria General Hospital, Aroga Lifestyle Clinic, and multiple other important places of visits. I had a foot long sandwich: Nashville Style Chicken, and it was the same as other Subways I have had it at. Sitting arrangement is quite spacious compared to multiple other Subway locations I’ve been! Definitely a visit when you’re nearby and craving a sandwich!

The only probable downside I would say is there was only one staff present, one more would be awesome to accommodate increase in customers during peak hours.“

“Got lunch here and the subway guy didn't scrimp on the toppings like many subways. He loaded it up good. Most subways they're cheap and just sprinkle stuff on. 4 olives for a foot long, 2 gr pepper slices etc. Not this place. Guess where I'm going for a sub from now on?“

“I frequent this store a lot because I pass by it. I generally go there on the same day every couple of weeks. Brandi works that shift and I make sure she serves me because she is an actual Subway sandwich artist. She takes great care at making sure the items are fresh and placed neatly and in nice layers. I've had some pretty horrible looking subs with the filling just plopped and falling onto the wrapper when you open it up. Even her packaging is nice and neat. She should train the other employees on how to be friendly and how to make a sub correctly. Don't ever quit Brandi!“
