“This Subway is across from where I work so I am here a lot. They work their butts off and the owner/manager seems to know everyone that walks through the doors, if he doesn’t know you he’s happy to strike up a conversation while his hands are busy making sandwiches. Everyone working here is super personable, they’re efficient and the place is always tidy.“

Everytime I go there or order delivery from skip, they always make my subs with the best of care, never made a mistake on my order, always perfectly toasted, just delicious!! If you ever crave subway, this is where I’d stop by. :)

“Typical Subway franchise located in Helmcken Road. It’s within walking distance to Victoria General Hospital, Aroga Lifestyle Clinic, and multiple other important places of visits. I had a foot long sandwich: Nashville Style Chicken, and it was the same as other Subways I have had it at. Sitting arrangement is quite spacious compared to multiple other Subway locations I’ve been! Definitely a visit when you’re nearby and craving a sandwich!

The only probable downside I would say is there was only one staff present, one more would be awesome to accommodate increase in customers during peak hours.“

“To be honest I really didn't want to go to Subway for a mommy daughter date but that's what she wanted. I found it actually quite good. They have a lot of different types of sandwiches now on their menu and the staff were really friendly. Other than the table not being super clean I liked my sandwich and my daughter was super happy.“

“No more "roasted chicken"???! I've been eating that particular subway ever since the first time they opened! In December, I had one at this restaurant like nothing was about to go wrong. It was delish as they have been all over the world for years! Yesterday I went in and was told "they don't have those anymore". Wow. Made a quick decision to have just a ham on Italian and it was fine. Tomatoes were a bit less than good which I've seen others comment on as well. Next time, my husband said to try the club and I think I will. Just needs more flavour but I'm not sure if that's just this particular Subway or all of them. More investigating needed!“

“Very clean and fast service. They worked well with the two people there. The veggies and bread looked very fresh (you really can't say that with all Subways, as you know already) They made a mistake on all our subs and forgot to add jalapenos but it is a great place overall compared to some other Subways. If the mistake wasn't made and they were a bit more friendly; they would have had five stars. I will definitely go back to this location.“

“The male employee who i think works Monday to Friday is the kindest, sweetest, and most generous sandwich artist I've ever had. Every time i go to this subway, he is an absolute gem AND makes THE BEST sandwich!!!! We are sad if he is not working, the world needs more of him, he is the best.“

“I will say, there are a lot of subways on the strip of Shelbourne, north of Hillside. Three come to mind immediately. I choose this one.The sandwiches are made neatly and consistently, it's not too busy, and the parking is painless. Of course, it's a little out of the way, but that lends the a certain charm to the whole Torquay village thing.“

“I got a gluten free sub here. The lady working was amazing, she knew all about celiac and used fresh gloves for me and a fresh knife. I’ve been to lots of other subways and never got sick from this location. Staff have all been nice and generally aware of CC. Thank you to the lady working who cared so much in preventing me from getting sick!

“For a few weeks, I have been visiting this Subway and always I have a very nice visit. The staff is very friendly and talks so nicely which always made my day happy! All staff members are so polite and helpful. Aditi also suggested me to try different sauces and different kind of sub which are so nice.Well Done!“

“We like subway, but it has gone majorly downhill thr oaat few years. We just visited the Millstream location and the staff were amazing; friendly, generous, efficient and accommodating! “Subway is one of my favourite go-tos. Usually for a salad. It seems that the majority of fast food places have an off taste to their lettuce especially, but also their other veggies. Somehow Subway has figured out how not to ruin the taste. Service is usually good.“
