Also the staff is really good. Today, a team member named Shubhneet made my sandwiches but also tried to help me with the app. Whoever owns or runs this location is on the ball, and it shows.“

“Another subway misrepresenting what and when they sell.They refuse to make coffee after a certain time but only at some Subway claiming a manager said to do soIf you offer coffee for sale then you had better sell that coffee I would suggest getting some instant for the late night workers that want a late night coffee which is their morningDiscrimination of a sale is purposeful misrepresentation and Canada has consumer protection to ensure misleading and poor business practices are not continued in fact civil litigation has been successful in other jurisdictions for similar issues.Subway just does not want to brew a pot or half pot or mix instant or change their signage which discriminates against the time of day some actually a lot of workers want coffee.As well if your restaurant is listed and registered for more than 10 seats you are required by health and safety laws to have a functioning bathroom available to customers before they eat or even purchase an item. Temporarily closing a section of seats for cleaning does not mean you can de-register your seating capacity later at night.I am sure there are inspectors that work at night on health and safety issues being purposefully ignored.If you have issues call the police or hire a security guard like a few McDonald's do now.Asked to speak with a manager / supervisor none was available a second or third time which also could be another violationRules are made to protect consumers and must be followed. Over the years these rules have been attempted to be deceived by only a few restaurants like Subway.“
“I’m writing this down just to appreciate the work done by one of the employees at this Subway. As per many Korean and Non-Vegetarian restaurants I found only this Subway that was the best choice at that time. There was an employee named Karanjot and her work is really appreciating. The store was really neat and clean and I also noticed that while making the sandwich she taken a good care of cleanliness and her service was the best I have ever recieved as before me there were 2-3 customers and she was working alone but still she did the work properly and quicker. The sandwich tasted really delicious. The breads and vegetables used were also fresh. I recommend others to do visit there.“

“This is the very first Subway that I ever been to, ever since I was a little kid. So it has a special place in my heart. The place is kind of tiny, but has all the typical Subway fare available. The dining rooms seems to be pretty clean most of the time, too. Also, this location seems to have soup available, unlike some of the city centre locations I visit.“

The Manager, not sure of his name is always super friendly, the girls who work here are also super friendly. no attitude like most other fast food places. foods always freshly stocked, dining area is always clean, great music playing. on top of that, when there’s swim meets and hockey tournaments i’m the complex they still manage to serve everyone quickly and with great service :) the management here has changed a few times over the years so if you had a bad experience here years ago, give it another chance. you won’t be disappointed!“

“One of the very few food places open after the 9pm shutoff when all the restaurants seem to close in YVR airport. If you've got a late international flight to catch, this might be your only choice. They seem to offer the same prices as regular subway locations while being in the international airport area, which is greatly appreciated - for that alone 4 stars (most food joints at this airport overcharge like crazy).
