“The lady working there wasn’t particularly friendly and seemed reluctant to answer questions, but she still did her job properly and professionally. We had just come from the pool and were extremely hungry, so I’m not sure if it was because of that or if the food was genuinely that good, but this was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from this brand.
Even though there was only one employee running the place, everything was clean, organized, and well maintained, which was impressive.
I highly recommend the Italian sandwich—it was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying.“

“I came to this branch for lunch, it was packed! But i just want to give a huge shout out to the ladies working.. they managed to serve everybody still with a smile. There’s one guy that was so rude with 1 girl wearing glasses and she was still smiling. I will definitely come back in this location!

“It was empty when I got there. Two staff members worked there, I said hi but no response wasn't even smiles to us even though we smiled at them. Really bad customer service. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty. A couple walked in and they had nowhere to sit because all the tables were dirty so they called a staff member to wipe the table so they could sit. The food was ok. I liked my rice bowl and the girls liked dippers ham and cheese but won't order churros and Pretzel again, no. Have a clean washroom and parking spots“
“I was given a Gift Card from work. I decided to try out this location while I was doing some errands in this area.
Service is friendly. My sub was done efficiently and it was delicious. The ingredients are fresh. The place is clean.
The downside is the parking in this area. If you don’t mind walking a bit. There isn’t much parking right in front of the place.“
“This Subway location is Great at Capilano Mall food court. The Guy always makes my husband and i Subway sandwhiches so good. He remembers what we like on our sandwhiches the fillings. What a great memory We tell him. This guy is so precise and most times works alone but makes our sandwiches and other peoples behind us also, He.s a good multitasker and he is quick .The food court is always being cleaned ,the tables and the floors. Parking available everywhere around the Capilano mall. numerous tables to eat in. There are picnic benches outside also, but its getting to cold now for eating outside. Fall is almost here in 6 days. Summer was great for sitting outside and eating your subway sandwhich. But there is always inside to keep warm and sit and enjoy eating and listening to the Great music. We recommend this Subway location.“
“Subway is a perfect go-to place for a yummy, flavourful, and not over the line, sandwich. The people there are quite friendly, but it can occasionally be hard to hear them. The whole sandwich making process is great because you get to choose everything from breads to sauces.“
“This is not the usual Subway I typically get my sandwiches from, but thanks to the phenomenal experience I had here due to Simrandeep’s excellent work ethic and kind demeanour, this is from now on my favourite place to get my sandwiches from. Out of all the Subways I have eaten at, this resturant is by far the cleanest, most efficient one I’ve been to in all my 30 years of experience. I am very particular about my sandwiches, and Simrandeep had an immense amount of patience and understanding when it came to my allergies and food aversions.
