Subway in Vancouver

“On 9 July, around 11:00 a.m., I went to this Subway to buy a sandwich. I stayed there for about 20–25 minutes while waiting for my bus.

There was an employee handling the busy rush. She was very friendly, calm, and polite with every customer, even though she was working alone. I was really impressed by the way she treated everyone.

Before I left, I asked for her name, but I forgot it. I think it started with “Pav…” or something similar. I just wanted to appreciate her excellent customer service. I will definitely come back..“

“I had a great experience at Subway recently! The food was fresh, just the way I like it, but what really stood out was the staff. The workers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to make sure my order was exactly right, and even offered helpful suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to get.

You can tell they care about both the food and the customers. It’s always nice to walk into a place where people greet you with a smile and treat you with kindness. That kind of service really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

She ordered her usual tuna, I tried the bourbon brisquet, and we left with a steak & bacon. The subs were fresh, delicious and carefully made. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience! If the owner is unable to offer competitive pay and proper recognition to hardworking employees like her, there is a risk of losing valuable staff to other employers who will appreciate and reward their dedication. Naman absolutely made my day! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick all while making one of the best subs I’ve had in a long time. The same two people are on same shift as before. Same yelling very loud both times. Tables and floors are a terrible mess. I don't come here to hear yelling. I had to ask several times to not yell so loud. I asked if they could wash a table down for me
He says why don't u sit here. Little tables across from food. I said no. He gave me a sigh. Please don't let these two work together. I asked her to clean the area up. she goes I don't start till 1 min. In the mean time an hr. Later they're still yelling still no clean tables I had to wash one down. My families coming within half hr. for my bday. Tables floors still a sticky dirty mess. My friend and I left last time because of the yelling. I'm a dedicated regular customer here. I really don't want to stop coming here. But sadly I will. I took photos of the terrible mess if you'd like them.“
