Subway in Port Moody

“I have been coming here for years and have developed good relations with the kind, hardworking staff here. I have NO complaints in regards to their service.Unfortunately, I was witness to, who I assume is the owner, verbally berating his staff. An older gentleman who waves hands in the face of his team members, who curses at them, and disrespects their voices.I only write this review to bring awareness to the fact that we, the customers, see you.“

“This is THE BEST Subway location. I've been meaning to leave a review for ages as I've been going to this Subway for years. My sandwiches always taste super fresh and when I ask for extra veggies, they deliver. The staff are all so friendly and hard-working, just completely lovely people. Excellent customer service always. My only suggestion is to have another staff member during the day because they can get pretty big rushes and it looks like a lot of work for such a small team, especially considering that they do mobile orders too and are expected to keep the dining area and restroom clean, and probably a dozen other little jobs. They are very efficient though, I'm always impressed with the staff! I love my local Subway!“
