Subway in Coquitlam

“I come to the subway all the time and never have any issues. The ladies working here have so much patience, I just watched a man order eight foot-long subs with a long line of people behind him and then forget his card and have to leave, but they still were professional and did their best to get everybody else’s orders done.“

“I got a sandwich here today and was very impressed by how professional my sandwich artist was. She had a trainee badge on and a very impatient and rude customer was in front of me and had nothing but criticism and a tone so harsh it would fluster anyone. The trainee remained so composed and was never rude back, even though most people would have probably wanted to be. It is not easy to remain calm and grounded and continue to work through something like that, and she did a great job on my sandwich!“

Worked back and forth with Mannu arranging dietary restrictions, delivery, payment, etc. Mannu was a pleasure to deal with, very great communication, very thourough and prompt follow up. “Didn't know what to eat so decided on subway tonight. I did an online order. This location was pretty clean and nice. The subs were made as to the order instructions. I do wish it was cut but that's ok. Not the end of my meal. I do feel sorry for the worker though. There was one person that making the orders and there were well more then enough orders for one person. Will I return to purchase other subs, I believe I will. Overall pretty good locations to do business with.“
