There were two girls working and I guess khushi made my sandwich she really gives a great customer service as this is my first time she asked me everything what needed. “I would rate this as a 3.5 star because there were some good people who worked here. after finishing up my 3 sandwiches, one of the ladies behind the counter wrote the type of Sandwich we got on the wrap. One was for me, one was for my brother and the other was for my father. The lady got all the types of sandwich naming wrong and we had to swap sandwiches around. To be honest I think this is a little inconvenient and in some cases not very acceptable because there may be some ingredients that some others can be allergic to and naming sandwiches on the wrong wrappers isn’t going to be very helpful.

“I've been coming to this subway for a very long time now honestly, I'm honestly really surprised by some of these reviews because these employees really go out of their way to keep this place nice. I don't think people understand how rough it is being RIGHT next to newton exchange with how many addicts there are that'll come in and pass out in the booths and outside the front door.

Instead of making up excuses the server behind the counter went out of her way to make the situation positive. Service like this is rare from a Subway.
