“This is the best subway because it's a quiet one but also the workers are very aligned with not only each other with customers too. I think it was nikita and the other amazing woman around 1030 on Sunday night. They make the sandwiches for you like how they would eat then. It's just a nice gesture. I hope the management pays them well..exceptional. I have 3 subways close to me in Surrey central but we come to this one always

The hot honey sauce added to the pizza sub is the best way to enjoy it in my opinion it's just like a Brooklyn hot honey pizza and I'll be ording my subs with hot honey until they take it off there menu 😄“

I was able to email ahead and they confirmed to let me know they had received the order and would have it prepared on time. All of the staff are very helpful, greet me, and make sure my sandwiches are exactly as I want (and I frequently have special requests!)

The bread is always fresh, and the sandwiches are delicious. Most deli meat is freshly sliced, and the vegetables are fresh as well. Highly recommend for a great sandwich!

“I was very impressed when I came in with a long line in front of me but the staff were machines.

Very efficient in their movements, didn’t cheap out on the portion of veggies, meat and veggies tasted great, clean restaurant and overall one of the better subways I’ve been to.

“This subway is very clean, the girls friendly and my hubby and I really like this location. My only negative is that there are no blinds at the booths, so if the sun is shining, it’s hard to sit in a booth which is our preference.Notice the absence of patrons at the booths and this was taken on a busy 7:00pm Friday evening.“

“Excellent customer service and preparation by the server, just forgot to ask her name, but she was at counter at 10:30 PM today, she gave suggestions, modified our choice accordingly and did exceptionally well to make a sandwich, which is a simple task but it tasted so great. Was disappointed from other subways, but this one raised the bar for others too.

“Hey Subway, i had a good experience but since when do employees have to throw away the first (white) paper they make the subs on? Just a small request, please keep my sub on the original white paper you make it on and take both sub+paper, put them on the bigger Subway wrap that you use to close up the sandwich, cause only 1 wrap is not enough 🥺 and back in the day, everyone just did that without spilling ingredients or making a mess, now I only have 1 wrap and if it gets punctured or broken, I will spill sauce on my clothes and that's not fun, so please pass this to all branches, cause someone made a change and I dont like having only 1 thin parchment paper holding my explosive sandwich together lolll, I appreciate the workers otherwise, I just dont want to sound weird 😀 I hope this makes sense to you all 🥰💖 much love 💖💖💖💖“

“I always have a great experience at the Fraser Heights Subway. The staff there are extremely nice, friendly, and respectful, which really makes a difference. They greet customers with a smile and take the time to make sure orders are done properly without rushing. Even when it’s busy, they stay calm and positive. The place is clean, well-organized, and the food is always fresh. You can tell the staff care about their work and their customers. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to, and I’d highly recommend it.“

“I would rate this as a 3.5 star because there were some good people who worked here. after finishing up my 3 sandwiches, one of the ladies behind the counter wrote the type of Sandwich we got on the wrap. One was for me, one was for my brother and the other was for my father. The lady got all the types of sandwich naming wrong and we had to swap sandwiches around. To be honest I think this is a little inconvenient and in some cases not very acceptable because there may be some ingredients that some others can be allergic to and naming sandwiches on the wrong wrappers isn’t going to be very helpful.
