I've been coming to this subway for a very long time now honestly, I'm honestly really surprised by some of these reviews because these employees really go out of their way to keep this place nice. I don't think people understand how rough it is being RIGHT next to newton exchange with how many addicts there are that'll come in and pass out in the booths and outside the front door.

I’ve been to this Subway multiple times, and the service is always excellent. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and respectful. They take the time to make your order properly, and the restaurant is always clean and well organized. It’s clear they care about their customers, and the positive attitude of the employees makes every visit enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to!
